We buy and operate commercial real estate ourselves, across multiple asset classes. Trent started as the analyst our own acquisitions team needed: one that reads every listing, does the research a listing leaves out, and scores each deal the way we underwrite. We were its first customer.

We invest in commercial real estate, so we keep a hard line between your account and our own buying. Your deals, buy box, rubric, and documents are never shared with anyone else, and we never use your deal feed to source acquisitions for Nessel or anyone else.
